Fire and Earthquake Drills

Annual fire and earthquake drills are exercised to ensure our readiness and safety in case of a calamity or emergency. Members of the Makati City Bureau of Fire Protection oversaw the conduct of the drill as well as demonstrated tips and training. Emergency go bags have also been distributed to the employees, which will come in handy during emergencies.

Employee carpooling program to reduce environmental impact

While businesses continued as usual during the Covid-19 pandemic, BenLife ensured the health and safety of the team through a carpooling initiative. This did not only limit the team’s exposure but also reduced the team’s environmental impact.
